Travel Concierge Pro provides assistance, coordination, tracking, document handling, booking support, and operational guidance. Final approval, issuance, entry, boarding, medical clearance, ticket availability, and insurance coverage depend on the relevant third-party authority or provider.
Applicant Responsibility
Applicants must provide accurate personal details, valid documents, honest travel history, and timely responses. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay or prevent processing.
Payments
Payment method selection is recorded through the checkout page and reviewed by the admin team. A case may remain pending until payment is verified or waived by an authorized staff member.
Documents
Uploaded documents are used for travel case processing and verification. Keep originals available because authorities, airlines, clinics, embassies, hotels, or event organizers may request them.

Football ticket requests depend on event availability, seat category, event organizer terms, identity checks, and payment confirmation.
